Hi soul tribe!  I am back after a beautiful summer and am ready to post more frequent episodes of Spirit Talk.  After a bit of a break, I chose to talk about the energy in our homes and environments.  Then I was nudged by my guide to pick up an old book on a shelf in my home and it was all about Feng Shui....how fitting to the topic I had already chosen (always trust your guides).  In this episode, I talk about what Feng Shui is and give a bit of it's history.  Then I give some tips I found on a website (see link below) and added my 2 cents to each tip as an experienced energy ready.  Here are the tips:

Summer lessons

What is shadow work and why should we be doing it? 

I cover this topic by telling a bit of a story about one of my own lessons I have been working through this summer.  I get a bit vulnerable and talk about how I judged my friends for saying "sorry" too much.  It turns out I was judging them because I didn't like how often I was saying "sorry" for no good reason, so SHOCKER my judgement was about me not them.

Ghosts, code words, and Spirit Stories

Hi tribe!  In this episode I give an update on my philosophy about ghosts.  I was lucky enough to experience a ghost recently and helped him to move on (hopefully).  Yes, I am confident now in saying ghosts exist.  I talk about clearing energy in a home that can be used by anyone if you have a ghost living with you  or not.  

Karen Hibl, who has been a guest on Spirit Talk, did a mediumship reading for me a little while ago.  It was lovely.  I had my Grandpa come through with specific messages.  He showed her a brown horse which is a symbol I associate with him.  I talk about "code words" or symbols that people may have in their mind that a medium must say in order for them to believe their loved one has made contact and warn that isn't the best idea.  Being radically open is the best way to receive spirit.

April energy and messages from Spirit

This April has a really special vibe going on.  I woke up today super inspired to tune into the energy of April and see what messages would come through.  Some of the things I touch on in this episode:

• We are being given a choice right now.  Can we face the things that need healing?  Are we ready to transmute energy and welcome in the new?  Most of us are and I will talk a bit about that. 
• Throat chakra - an affirmation.  Some random stuff about this chakra as that is the one that came up most when I tuned in.
