In this episode I talk about the importance of being a part of community. The spiritual path can sometimes feel lonely. I tell about a time when I felt lonely and asked the Universe for spiritually minded friends. I got exactly what I asked for and more! Having done a bit of shadow work, I learned that I needed to learn how to access a wider variety of emotion and dare to be vulnerable. So guess what?! When I asked the Universe for friends, I got them and they are all water signs! I had no idea that it would be through friends that I learnt the power of emotion and vulnerability. The Universe has all kinds of things in store for us....we just need to be open.
